Snelling Staffing Services is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for a large insurance company in Troy, MI. The representative will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls pertaining to property insurance questions. Receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding recent loss to home and property due to fire, flood or a weather related incident. In addition to answering questions and assisting clients you will be entering data from email and scans of finance statements and insurance documents into a database and Excel spreadsheet. Individuals in this position must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls. Successful candidates should have problem solving and problem resolution skills as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner. Outbound calls are also often necessary. Call Center Representative candidates will be provided a series of tests to assess speed and accuracy of data entry, along with proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pay Rate for the Call Center Representative is $11.00 per hour with the opportunity for a pay increase once hired on. The hours will be 11:30a.m to 8:00p.m, Monday through Friday. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
