Data Entry Clerk

Our client who provides comprehensive insurance and administrative solutions for mortgage services is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for their office in Troy, MI.   The Data Entry clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying information pertaining to property insurance claims. Previous experience with claims is a plus.

Pay rate for the Data Entry Clerk is $11.00 per hour.  Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  This is a temporary to hire position.

Data Entry Clerk Job Functions:

  • Enter data from email, scans and other documents into Microsoft Excel
  • Process Documents
  • Respond to questions and requests
  • Place phone calls to verify data as needed
  • Must meet all compliance requirements
  • Make decisions and problem analysis to ensure the client’s needs are met

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a call center
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is required
