Payroll Processor

Our client, who is a family owned and operated transportation company, is currently seeking a Payroll Processor for their office in Troy, MI.  The Payroll Processor will be assisting the part-time HR Administrator with processing driver payroll, accounts receivable and some general HR functions.  

Pay rate for the Payroll Processor will be $18 per hour to start.  Work hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.  This is a Temp to Hire position.

Payroll Processor Job Functions:

  • Process payroll and taxes
  • Time card reports
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Order office supplies

Payroll Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in Payroll
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
