Our client, an established and growing company is looking for an Customer Service Clerk for their Brownstown, Mi location. The company is looking for individuals who have experience in Customer service, Sales, as well as working with Microsoft Excel

Pay for the position is $12-13

Customer Service Clerk Duties:

· Answering phones

· Helping sales department

· Following up on past due invoices

· Purchase orders

· Helping customers coming into the office

· Filing

· Data entry

Customer Service Clerk Requirements:

· Recent customer service experience

· Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word

· Data entry experience

Customer Service Clerk Skills Required:

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent time management

· Problem solving skills

· Teamwork

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
