Snelling Staffing Services is currently seeking an Customer Service/Account Manager for a client of ours in Troy, MI. The Customer Service/Account Manager is responsible for all client services to ensure the best in class customer care. They are responsible for determining all problems that may arise because they actually happen. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing and also growing the company client base.

 This is a temporary to hire opportunity starting off between $12.00 - $15.00 per hour. This is a full time opportunity Monday through Friday with hours from 10am – 7pm.

 Customer Service/Account Manager Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle escalated orders
  • Keep track of all orders and potential “hot” orders
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all clients and team members
  • Provide customers with all of the information needed in order to sign up or place an order
  •  Customer Service/Account Manager Job Requirements:
  • 1+ years in a customer service environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy)

 Customer Service/Account Manager Skills Needed:

  • Ability to understand and prioritize time sensitive issues
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Word
  • Positive attitude
