Customer Service Representative

Taylor, MI - Full Time

Our client, an established and growing Engineering facility located in the Southern Down River area is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to add to their team.  The Customer Service Representative must be able to work in a very fast paced, non-call center environment, with a high volume of calls.

Pay Range for the Customer Service Representative is $15-$17 per hour

Long term assignment, until the end of the year. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • Assist Customers with ordering parts
  • Schedule appointments for service
  • Provide technical support
  • Bill customers for parts/service

Customer Service Representative Skills Needed:

  • The ability to pick up on technology/computers/software quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
