Office Administrator

Clawson, MI - Temporary to Full Time

Our client, an innovative leader in solving acoustics problems is currently seeking an Office Administrator and Finance Support Assistant for their office in Clawson, MI. The Office Administrator’s main goal is to support the team with company wide communication, maintaining systems with customer and vendor information, bills, and invoices.  

Pay rate for the Office Administrator/Finance Support Assistant will be between $45,000 - $50,000 yearly.   Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am-5pm with some flex time. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Office Administrator Job Functions:

  • Interact with all office departments
  • Prepare and send out customer bills
  • Accounts receivable/ collection calls
  • Assist with additional bookkeeping duties
  • Data Entry
  • Organize catering, coffee or other refreshments as needed
  • Order office supplies
  • Help create forms and templates
  • Maintain company databases
  • Administrative and financial duties as assigned

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative/Financial role
  • BS/BA Degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Intermediate skills in QuickBooks
  • Problem solving skills
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
