HR Assistant

Troy, MI - Part Time

Our client, who is a leading provider of insurance, is currently seeking a HR Assistant for their office in Troy, MI.   The HR Assistant will be responsible for responsible for supporting Human Resources and providing efficient front desk service and support to the office, employees and customers.

Pay rate for the HR Assistant is $11.00 - $13.00 per hour.  Work hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.  This is a temporary to hire position.

HR Assistant Job Functions:

  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Update documents
  • Create Spreadsheets
  • Process employee changes
  • Time card auditing 
  • Front line receptionist support
  • Create newsletter


HR Assistant Requirements:

  • Come college preferred (Human Resources, Business or similar)
  • Previous Human Resources experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is required
