Receptionist

Troy, MI - Full Time

Our client who is a small privately- owned aerospace contractor is currently seeking a Receptionist in Troy, MI.  The Receptionist will be sitting up front answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with accounting along with other administrative tasks.

Pay rate for the Receptionist position is $13.00 per hour.  Work hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm.  This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Receptionist Job Functions:

  • Answer phones
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Calculating job pricing
  • Maintaining front desk area
  • Administrative task as assigned

Receptionist Requirements:

  • 3 years of office experience
  • Solid understanding of receivables and payables with working experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software; prefer QuickBooks
  • Attention to Detail
